The Lyndia

The Lyndia is located at 3368 Washington Street in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston. The developers sought to create a living environment which would honor the diversity of its new residential community comprised of people who are moving out of homelessness, as well as low and moderate income families. Ivey Bueno Art Advisory partnered with developers to source work exclusively from artists who have ties to the project’s surrounding neighborhoods. From activism to overcoming addiction, artists’ beautiful artwork and inspiring personal stories will connect with the project’s new residents.

“[Our] future residents benefited greatly from having community-based artists...showcased in their home. Representation is a critical part of helping humanize marginalized individuals.”
